I brought my car into Crash Champions Collisions and my experience was nothing short of fenomenal. As soon as I got there I was helped from beginning to end. This was my first time having an accident and I had alot of questions. They answered them all were very understanding and friendly. I got messages of the status of my car every step of the way and these were messages from the staff not automated messages, it added a personal touch to the experience. Not only was the staff friendly, but the repairs on my vehicle were perfect. My car was good as new and it was ready within 2 weeks. My experience was so great that I asked for the managers name. I am writing to formally file a complaint against your Pat Booker Road, Universal City TX location. Please BEWARE when coming to this location!! I began bringing my vehicle here for repair a few years ago when Donovan managed the shop, and the service was stellar. I referred family and friends based on the amazing work received at that time. The change in leadership has driven this place downhill fast. Most recently, my vehicle was brought in and repaired in December 2024 and picked up in January 2025. Once home my vehicle sat garaged as I purchased a new primary vehicle and only used my 2018 VW Beetle on minimal weekends or driven for required maintenance at the dealer, which can be confirmed by mileage.
