Crash Champions Collision Repair Van Nuys Oxnard

Attempted auto theft left my car a wreck. My insurance company suggested a couple of body shops and I’m thankful I picked Crash Champions. Their customer service is so good they should write the manual for other companies to follow. Crystal especially, giving me updates every couple of days. They delivered my car, sparkling new and on the day they estimated despite having to procure some hard to get parts. Highly recommend!!

Alex was in charge of my work. It was a lot of work with a lot of electronic detail work. They were efficient and respectful of me paying out of pocket for my rental car. They even detailed my car which was such a nice touch. They also called my rental car place and had them pick the car up from the shop so I didn’t have to Uber. From getting basic information on the phone before bringing in my car, to checking in my car for the repairs, the consistent communication in the progress and completion of the repairs Melissa made check-in pleasant and super quick. She was friendly and informative. Crystal went above and beyond from the beginning. She processed the review of my vehicle's repairs, kept me informed on the third-party insurance updates, and delivered my car after all the repairs were done.
