The expected time frame to get my car fixed was around two weeks, and to my surprise I was able to pick it up way sooner (half the time) than anticipated which was a big plus. I really appreciate the great customer service that was provided from the team as well, and want to give a huge thank you to both Danna and Angel for getting back to us along the way and addressing our concerns including financials prior to delivery. After receiving my vehicle, Danna went over the work that was done, as well as leaving us with quality workmanship. I definitely recommend this location for their attentiveness, transparency and standard.

100% ignore the bad reviews here. This place was great! Allstate dragged their feet taking care of it, but these people made it so easy. Right when Allstate called me about taking it in for a quote, I wasn't in town. I called, and they gave me everything I needed to know, so a family member could drop it off. I got the quote of when it would be done, and it was actually done a whole week and a half early, which in these cases is pretty rare. Called and explained I was still out of town. They e-mailed me papers to sign and release my car to someone picking it up, and it was all so hassle-free. Opt in for the text message updates and they'll update you almost every other day as well. Amazing place! Wish I had gone here when my car got vandalized! Jose took car off my sister's car that was vandalized. She had to go out of town. He said about 3 weeks and it was done in two! I went to pick it up and he took care of the Enterprise car rental, too. You know how sometimes you don't have a second person?? He's professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The work was done correctly. He even sent pics to my sister so she could see them. If you need work done due to an accident, vandalism, etc. Do yourself a favor and go here first!

I've gotten my 2019 charger fixed. Was extremely impressed with the hard work on window.. my respects to the guys in back, hard work is noticed and appreciated.. Paige was quick and efficient with communication about repairs everything done in timely manner..

In August, I initially went to a different company for an estimate and was told they were booked out until December for repairs. I didn't want to wait that long so I called around and Crash Champs was able to get me in for an estimate Sept 8th, I dropped my car off for repairs on Sept 30th and my car was done on Oct 11th. From the very 1st phone call & every interaction after, their customer service was always on point. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, confident & genuine.
