UPDATE: No pictures of “pre-existing” damage were shown. Only a far away picture zoomed in picture and clearly nothing there. In regards of arrival time, I did indeed arrive at 8am. Not sure how making excuses for poor quality work instead of trying to resolve the matter is going to help but that’s I guess how this company policy is. I used Elite Finish for a full interior and exterior detailing service, and I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the work and the way my concerns were handled afterward. First, it appears they used a standard pressure washer rather than hand washing the exterior, which resulted in damage to my vehicle, although it was written in the description that they "hand wash" the vehicles. The owner has refused to take responsibility for this. Second,
