Crash Champions Collision Repair West Little Rock

Communication started off great, but the service and follow-up were very disappointing. I wasn’t notified until 12 hours before my original pickup time that my car wouldn’t be ready for another week. While my car was at the shop, one of my tires was popped, and the shop refused to take accountability, placing the blame on me instead. Although the repairs are now complete, some of the cosmetic pieces still haven’t been put back on. Overall, I’m not satisfied with the experience. i’ve attached a photo of a paint spot that they made when supposedly a dent in the car. They were ready to give me my car looking like this. They set strong expectations at the beginning, and definitely disappointed me.

My car had a dent in the hatch back door from ice. Crash Champions did a great job fixing it and since I didn’t go through insurance, they gave me a slight discount. They finished the job and washed my car. Cleaned it inside and out. They give you a lifetime warranty on the repairs. Great company, great employees, great price! Will definitely be using them in the future if the need arises.

This is the second time over the years that I have used Crash Champions. Both times I was absolutely impressed with their customer service, attention to details, and communication to keep me in the loop. They made the process of getting my car repaired so easy. The repairs took time but I had every confidence they were doing it RIGHT. I highly recommend Crash Champions and expect to keep them as my collision repair service of choice for the future.

I had my Rouge fixed at this location. My brother has had his car fixed at this location. This is the place I will choose every time. I was kept informed the entire time. Everyone was wonderful to communicate with. The GM went above and beyond to help me with the insurance company, as it was not my own. Any time they needed to make a change in my repair plan they reached out and let me be apart of the change. The tech that fixed my car did a wonderful job!!! Thank y’all!
