I was helped out by faith with getting the parts ordered, receiving every update along the way, and the best customer service. I also met Chris which is the person who repaired my whole front bumper from my accident and he left my car looking the same way when I first bought it, they also stayed after hours in order to make sure I received my car today as promised, I am more than satisfied with their work!

This company was listed as a preferred vendor with State Farm so I trusted that they'd do quality work. Dont bother - if a body shop was the embodiment of a fast food chain with poor service this is it. Took my truck to them to get a simple estimate from a deer vs us incident. (yes the deer survived so no need to cry) When I showed up they had ZERO record of me in the system. I can show you text reminders where it confirmed the appointment. All we needed was to turn in the estimate to the insurance company and they took pictures. The employee Faith was very nice and helpful. Did the paper version of the inspection with pictures and made us feel as if we had picked a good shop. WELL.. here is where the story gets interesting. I ask for a copy of the estimate. I was very impressed with the quality of work, the professionalism, and how personable every person that I spoke to was. They made my hail pummeled vehicle good as new and worked directly with insurance so I didn’t have to haggle. I will definitely use them again, just hopefully not any time soon.
