She has been friendly and helpful since I first stopped by for a quote and has communicated with me throughout every step of my repair. When Enterprise couldn't stop by the shop to pick me up to retrieve my rental, she even arranged for a member of their on-site team to personally drop me off so I would be able to get a car before they closed. Came in for a quote for a paint chip on my driver door for my red Tesla Model 3 and was greeted immediately. They took less than 10 minutes to give me a great price compared to other competitors.
