Contacted Jon Monday, agreed to come Tuesday; Tuesday no-show, no-call, totally ghosted. If you can't or won't do the job, fine but don't waste people's time expecting you to show up. Lost 3 days of work & had to contact J&B Mobile Mechanics who showed up Wednesday, diagnosed, quoted and started, done with Fuel Pump, Fuel Pressure Sensor, put in 10 spark plugs, by Friday. Maybe for small easy repairs they come out, and just don't want to help everyone. We'll, just be honest, forthright and COMMUNICATE

Best mobile mechanic in the city was able to get assistance the same day and right when I needed it. The prices is great and reasonable. This young man completed replaced my headlight in under 15 minutes he was very professional and quick I would recommend to anyone at time just give him a call and they do answer and reply back to message. Travel to and from Memphis this past weekend with no car trouble, got up this morning and car wouldn’t crank. I panicked because I dont know anyone here in Nashville to fix my car. Well I stumbled across this mobile mechanic name John. He quoted me a fair price for a replacement starter. He told me how long it would take to repair my car, and he was done within that’s time slot. It’s hard to find good mechanics who honors their word. But this guy is/was 💯. Thank you John and I will be passing your number around to people who need good mobile mechanics.

Dude fixed my shattered window and dealt with my stupid jabbering a day before I had to go to an important place where they don't take kindly to trashy cars. Really saved my ass and the original price he threw at me was legitimately 2 low for this shit, anyway, great job all around hope they keep it going for many years 2 come because this window is cursed and direct Auto hates me ☠️💀☠️🫩🫩🫩🫩
