Took my car up there to see why it was running rough. First i took it to autozone and the meter said i just needed to change the spark plugs and ignition coils. I took it to Crawford and bargus just to make sure that was all it was. I had a small crack in my manifold that I had fixed and sealed a couple of months ago and I wasn't having any air leaks so i knew that wasn't the issue. when i took it up there. The machenic broke that seal and told me I needed a whole new manifold and tried to act like he didn't do it. Luckily I took a before picture before I took it up there. They told me I had to pay 450 to fix that before they could tell me what else is wrong with it. So their saying that the diagnosis machine couldn't tell me everything that was wrong with it until I got that fix first wh

dude, I TRIED. I tried to not have to do this. i got my truck back after a month or so. I couldn't afford the repairs, 5500 for engine replacement. no idea if that's a lot but it sounds like 5500. would have if I could have. my issue is the top to my fuse box, 3 spark plugs and a fuel injector not being found when the vehicle was towed there, whole. then the tried to say that I didn't leave a $300 key fob with them. they eventually found it. spoke to 4 ppl , including rusty the owner, twice and the best he could say was that he "didn't know what to say other then that they didn't have anything for me." I will say they didn't charge me for storage, but between the missing parts, the fact that I had to put the top of my engine back together myself .. plugs, coil packs that were left on the

I met with the owner, Randy, to discuss my fleet vehicle needs, specifically looking for a reliable local shop to do oil changes and all Maintenance. Despite my intentions to support a local business, I am dissatisfied with the service provided. I was charged $185 for an oil change, yet the requested tire rotation and fluid checks were not performed. When I inquired about the tire rotation, the owner’s reaction was unprofessional and dismissive. Furthermore, I have noticed frequent turnover among your technicians, which raises concerns regarding the consistency and quality of your work. While I had planned to entrust you with my '64 Nova, I have decided to take my business elsewhere to a more professional environment.

I’ve had my vehicles repaired at Crawford And Bargus for at least 25 years. I really appreciate this straightforwardness and I don’t feel I’ve ever gotten snookered. They are very reliable and fair.

Took it in for electric problems They stated that did engine work when I asked why didn’t get a response besides iñthey thought that what was wrong. Now due to the aperant motor repairs got a motor leak didn’t know of and now have blown gaskets. That if the electrical work was the only thing needed. Now my car is there and they don’t want to tow back to my house where they got it from after the problem they caused.
