I am writing to express my extreme satisfaction with the service I received at Crawford Body Shop. Five stars are truly not enough to convey the excellence of their work; they deserve 10+++ stars. Jaime and his staff provided exceptional service and were incredibly kind. Jaime, in particular, was very attentive to my needs as a customer. The work they did on my car was outstanding; considering the initial damage, my car now looks brand new. I was initially embarrassed to bring my car in, as it was quite dirty both inside and out, but Jaime and his team were completely understanding. I was especially impressed when I picked up my car to find that they had vacuumed the interior and even washed the exterior. This is truly A+++ service. Crawford a tow truck driver was very nice and knowledgeable. Sad to say we had to use them after being hit by a drunk driver. But great that they were quick to respond and very professional!

They were kind enough to remove some sentimental items from my car when I couldn't make it to pick them up myself. On top of that, I ended up missing their closing time when I could make it out to get my items and they went out of their way to make sure I got them. These people truly care!
