Joe was very helpful. The agency who had my car impounded, kept my registration and proof of insurance, which is needed to get your car back. Fortunately, I still had the documents from my former state, as I just moved here. He accepted those as my proof of ownership and allowed me to re-aquire my car. If not, it would have been another $50 a day X 2 days and would have cost me another $100 bones on top of the rest of the charges. Very decent of him. Btw, he's got a great old dog.
