Creative Customs

Totaled my car and they came to get it for me and stored it for as long as I needed. Didn’t need to argue with the insurance company or them about anything they took care of it and they where very helpful with advice on what to do next since it was my first accident.

I took my truck to creative customs to have collision work and paint. The guys there do an unbelievable job. They communicated with me throughout the whole process and kept within my insurance quote. I could not be happier with their quality of work and professionalism. You will not be disappointed if you get repair work or custom work done here. Thanks for making my truck look better than new!

We had a van that tipped over on its side and we called Creative Custom Towing. We have had many towing jobs done in the past with various companies but never before have we been charged 2000.00 dollars to tilt the van upright and tow it back to the station. That price was outrageous! We will never use them again.

The owner is a horrible, ugly human being. I was living out of my truck when I had a near life ending crash that broke my neck. Knowing that I had nothing, he wouldn't let me get any of my personal belongings out of my truck without paying hundreds of dollars. I lost about $3000 worth of tools and other irreplaceable items due to his heartless actions. I strongly advise everyone to stay as far away from this business as possible. He is one of the worst human beings I have ever met.

Absolute scumbag. Unbelievably expensive and sketchy experience. Ultimately, I paid $515 to get a Scion XA out of his possession, after a 7 mile tow. For just the tow itself (not the gate fee or the admin fee, which was additonal) I paid $195 which breaks down to $28 per mile! Typical tow rates for a legitimate tow business are $2.50 to $7 per mile on the absolute high end. This means that I paid FOUR TIMES what the most expensive tows cost. $28 per mile is beyond exorbitant! But that's not the only way that he jacked up the price. It's the game he played with the storage fees that put things over the top. I paid 2 days of storage fees because they were closed over the weekend and my car went in on a friday. I don't have any problem with that. That's fairly typical for a tow business to d
