AMAZING car lot to do business with. I purchased a 2013 ford escape that I have had no issues with. I had an unexpected situation arise with needing more space, and they are working with me to upgrade at an earlier date than expected. I have never had issues with making a payment, they are attentive, kind, and respectful to your life and the chaos we all run into. I give these guys a HARD 5 STAR RATING for exceptional customer service and responsiveness. This is a VERY TRUSTWORTHY lot.
Me and my husband have got a couple vehicles from them and I ha e nothing but good things to say!! Both vehicles were great vehicles and when we found out my husband had cancer they worked with us when we were struggling. They have always been extremely understanding and they always have nice vehicles at an affordable price. I highly recommend them to anyone!!!
After leaving a review for this place a few months ago the owner reached out to me to try to solve some of the issues I was having. Against my better judgment I allowed them to fix a few of the major issues I was having with the truck after having someone else repair some of the many other issues I was having. After only having the truck back for about 3 months or so it began leaking larger amounts of radiator fluid and oil. I went to another dealership to purchase another vehicle and get out of it the right way even if it meant taking on negative equity. Unfortunately the truck was only worth 2 grand due to the mechanical issue and that the title was a TMU ( total mileage unknown) which was not disclosed at the point of sale and was led to believe it had around 210000 miles.
