I leased a vehicle through them. Come September it will be time to turn it in. I was told an Eric is who I need to talk to about turning in my lease. Three times I called and was told he had just stepped out and would call me back when he returned. I am still waiting and it has been two months. I am planning on purchasing a vehicle when I turn in my lease. Apparently he doesn't want me to buy one from them. I feel very disrespected. I drove approximately two hours to lease from this dealership. What a horrible way to run a business.
Always a great experience. Staff is always polite and go out of their way to help you.
