Had a tire that was slowly leaking air went to them on a Friday they said it was not sealed to the rim so they did it. Well it was still leaking air after that turns out there was a small nail in the tread, but i couldn’t get ahold of anyone til Monday and I live in Georgia so I had to get back for work. I called and they didn’t hesitate to refund my money to me regardless of me not being able to bring my car in. Im from Harlan and it’s good to see that it still has good people that live there. Thank you.

2018 Toyota blew a brake line and This place was fantastic. Nothing but a great experience all the way around. Would give 6 stars if I could!

My son's car broke down while visiting Kentucky from up here in Ontario Canada. After struggling to figure out where to have it towed, we definitely made the right decision when we chose Total Auto Service. The owner told us he would look after us, and he certainly did. They went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier. My son's car went from very unsafe, to very safe, and he was finally able to venture home. Highly recommend, honest, reliable work at a very fair price. We are eternally grateful. :-)

Worst experience ever! Made an appointment for a Tuesday at 8 am. They had the car 3 days before got the estimate. Took another 3 days to make repairs. Got it back drove it for a total of 4 hours and the repair did not correct the issue plus several other issues arose. Called the next morning and they said bring it back asap. They kept the car another 15 days. They called and said the car was ready only to get 2 miles down the road to find it was fixed. We will never use this repair shop again.

I believe that the owner of Total Auto is honest and straightforward. The mechanics here have done a good job on the repair jobs I've needed, and the prices have seemed fair. I definitely will return.
