Creekside Auto Sales

1st of all there's a reason that pretty much anybody can get a car there, they they sell vehicles that almost always have problems immediately they they do not track the days of your payments correctly and the woman Heather is the most rude and on professional person I have ever met in my entire life if you even think about going to get a vehicle from this place I suggest you make sure that it is not one of heather's vehicles. There are 2 women that work there handling the sales of the vehicles and Tamara is The nicest and most polite person to deal with. If you would like your car to last longer than 8 or 9 months I suggest not getting it from them and if there is anything that goes wrong with your car they're going to charge you in Arm and leg to get it fixed and buy them.***AND There

I bought a car from creekside well I had problems the car wouldn't start so we called creekside they told me to call platts so we did . They had us charge the car but didn't know where the battery was so they had us charge the fuse box they didn't even know where the battery was so they r charging me the fee to get it fixed I don't understand why didn't they know where the battery was at in the car I had to get the manual and find out for myself they new nothing and now they want me to pay for fixing the fuse box they don't have very good customer service

I advise everyone to never buy a car from this place. I've never bought a car from this place but I know 3 people that have and only one of them is still running. All these vehicles will nickel and dime you to death. And I understand it's a buy here pay here but paying double what the car is actually worth is outrageous. A friend of mine purchased a car from there that is only worth $3450.00 KBB. After everything was said and done he is paying a total of just under 10,000 for the car.

We bought a Jeep Liberty here, yes as is but 7 months later and now we are spending $3000 to get the transmission rebuilt. Will NEVER buy here again.

Bought a car here and had nothing but problems since day one car sat since August they wouldn't even come get it to fix it so I refuse to make anymore payments told them to come get it will never go back to them for another car they sell nothing but lemons. The car I had was a gold equinox so if they try to sell it to someone don't get it cause it's junk. The girls that work there are great not their fault just doing their jobs but the cars are totally junk.
