I had a slow leak in one tire that I needed plugged so I called to see about getting it fixed as I needed my car for transportation to work. They said they couldn't get me in until 3 weeks later and only at 9am. I worked second shift at the time and asked about an afternoon availability. I was told that it would be an additional week until they had an opening making the appointment almost 1 month out. I called a competitor and they told me to bring my car in and they would fix it right away. No problem. Cost me around 26 dollars and 10 minutes of their/my time. It was an easy fix that I feel Creekside could have done within 10 minutes. Also, drove by once to see a 100,000 dollar car sitting on blocks in the parking lot with no wheels on it. I would not be happy if that was my vehicle
