My wife and I have purchased several camper trailers over the years and everyone at Starr’s have always been so kind. They always answer any questions I have, from the no pressure looking at all the units to the purchase of one.. I think orientation on the day you pick up your unit is second to none. Our most recent purchase was a Salem Hemisphere 273RL in June of 2024. We had a great camping season and enjoyed every minute in our camper. This year (2025) started out good until we had the most recent heat wave and our main AC quit working. Fortunately we have a second AC in the bedroom and we were able to close the door and stay cool to get through the weekend. Not your typical dealership HIGH prices! Brakes, electrical, accessories and even some camping supplies in stock and very reasonable price, I was impressed

I always get good service and friendly advice. The garage labor rate is in my opinion a little inflated but it is a seasonal business with over head!! They do a great job working out issues for customers even if your camper was not purchased at their store! Great accessory selection and propane filling prices are the best in the state! Keep up the good work guys!

We just purchased a 2023 Salem from Starr’s and it was a great experience! Great family owned business. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful ! We would highly recommend purchasing a camper from them ! Side note: we purchased our first camper for Camping World ( awful experience and would never recommend them ) there is definitely a difference with a family owned company !

We’ve been going to Starr’s for years for preventative maintenance and repairs for our camper. Just took it up for a major repair. After repairs were made, bill paid and camper returned home, they called us and said a part that they installed was less expensive than they were quoted and said they were sending a refund for that part. Sure enough, the next day I received the check. They didn’t have to do this, it was paid for, transaction finished. This is a hard working honest family owned business. We highly recommend them.
