Non-transparent and inconsistent communication. The dealer initially quoted a higher price, then “discounted” it back to match the website listing. It took seven emails and two phone calls just to get clear Out the door numbers. I’d recommend going to Sewell instead much smoother and more professional experience ask for Clint Cox. Nathaniel Bonds lost my business.

Good car, fair price. A tip: get pre-qualified if you choose to finance the car and understand what rate you should be getting on the loan. Shop around, credit unions often offer better rates. The dealer will try to match you with one of their preferred financiers which may offer a loan rate double that of another financial institution.
