Crestview Cadillac Parts

On September 11, 2025, I was notified of an active recall on my vehicle. Crestview Cadillac of West Covina informed me that they were several weeks behind on EV service, advised they would order the required parts, and stated they would contact me once the parts arrived. As of January 2, 2026, I have received no follow-up or communication regarding this recall On January 1, 2026, I received an alert on my vehicle regarding a Lithium-lon Battery issue. Crestview Cadillac of West Covina contacted me and told me EV service delays remained extensive, that no loaner vehicle was available despite my purchase of a Cadillac extended warranty, and that it "may be best for me to seek service at another dealership."
