Crew Carwash

I was ok with a mediocre car wash at the previous prices. Now that everything has gone up 50% in 6 mons, not even worth the trip. We've got mediocre car wash at home.

AVOID, corporate customer service is a nightmare!!! I used to love getting my car cleaned and was a member of their VIP club. Recently I went in with an undamaged vehicle and came out with a crack in my windshield. It wasn’t just a chip, it was crack that went from the top of my windshield all the way down to the bottom. $1000 fix. I went through all the proper channels and they refused to pay to fix it. Said it wasn’t their fault. Funny….it wasn’t broke before I went in. The people at the location are great, the customer service for damage caused by their machines are absolutely awful!!!!

Super friendly staff. The back of my SUV didn’t get washed very well. I took my hitch off so it would get washed but it didn’t thankfully I have unlimited washes. I upgraded to the 360 hoping it would get the back better but it didn’t. Aside from this, they are the best game in town. I love the politeness.

I just bought a new car. I pay monthly for the unlimited washes. The brand new car that I just spent thousands of dollars on now has a scratch all down the drivers side of my new car. Conveniently, crew car wash "determined" it's not their fault! We'll the scratch wasn't there before!!!! It's a new car!!!!! I'll never give this place another cent of my money and you would be wise to be careful because they won't take responsibility to damages their carwash causes!

Ava was incredible with her customer service. She worked very hard to make sure I bought the right package. She even drew a funny face on the window of my truck for my grandson.
