CRF Communities

We worked with Cheryl Dobbs to look at a few homes in the community. Once we found the right home, the buying process was handled quickly and efficiently by Cheryl and we were able to move in to our new home in just over 2 weeks time (helped that the previous owners had already moved out!). The community has a lot to offer and we look forward to enjoying the many activities available.

So excited to have purchased our new retirement home in the Four Lakes community. Cheryl Dobbs showed us so many beautiful homes and made sure we found the perfect place for us. We can't wait to start enjoying our free year of golf!

After searching almost every mobile home community within 50 miles of Sebring, we were thrilled to meet Jill at Whisper Lake... We immediately felt at home... Jill was the ONLY community representative who actively listened to what we were looking for. She drove us to several homes, explaining the pros and cons of each, as they applied to our needs. After we decided on our new home, Jill walked us thru the process of buying, and kept up informed throughout the process. We look forward to moving into our forever home... Received an email from CRF in regards to low cost homes for sale for St Patrick's Day. Saw one at Anglers Green and made an appointment with Stephanie to see 3 available homes. She was great and patient with us. That night we wanted to talk about it and decided on a small, perfect for us, snowbird home. Park is so cute with everything you need is close by. If you have been looking but not settled on a place, it is worth a look. We were very pleasantly surprised.

My wife and I purchased a home in Waterside brand new community in Sebring. Everyone there was really great to work with took the time to go over everything with us. Laura has went out of her way to make sure the process was painless. Looking forward to the move.
