Criswell Honda Service

My experience at this Honda dealership was wonderful, when I brought my car in for a recall. The entire process was quick, smooth, and very professional from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the visit. They made what could have been an inconvenience feel easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone needing service!

My service advisor was Carl. This was my first time at this dealer so I didn’t know what to expect. When I first got there he greeted me with a warm big smile and assured me that he will do everything he can to service me and my vehicle. And he did just that! Made sure I knew what was needed on my vehicle and gave recommendations on what would be best for it. I do appreciate his time with working with me and will be back!

It was fabulous service. I made an appointment online, went in for service. I was waiting in a great space and they fixed it so fast. In and out quickly. The staff was kind, very friendly, and on top of getting it completed quickly.

Service is always top notch. My service advisor Leslie always take great care of me. She keeps me informed of what repairs need to be done and the cost. The service Technicians do a great job and always do a safety inspection which I truly appreciate.
