Critelli Glass did a great job with replacing the windshield on my Honda Accord. They finished well ahead of schedule. And, upon finding a post-installation issue with my hands-free microphone for my car radio, they were quick to help me solve the problem. I definitely recommend Critelli Glass.

Got me in right away and the service on my rock chip was fairly quick. What had me rate them as a 4 instead of a 5 was because the ladies (staff) where cursing and talking inappropriately while I was waiting in the lobby. I don't know if I'd be back or not. Guess it depends on who I have with me. Definitely wouldn't want my kids to hear the things being discussed.

Went in for a windshield replacement. Picked up my car and found mud on my steering wheel. Where did it even come from? Mud in a glass shop? And they couldn’t take 30 seconds to wipe it off before giving my car back to me. Business reached out and offered free chip repair to make it right. But it was not on my steering wheel when I dropped it off there as it was just detailed the day before.
