This shop was a gem of a find after my wreck. Other shops were months out on the schedule- Middletown Ford was a week. Casey, the shop manager worked behind the scenes dealing with the stingy insurance adjuster to get my car back to what it was before the accident. They even took the liberty of getting my car detailed before I took it off the shop’s lot! Match that with their guarantee on the work, and I could ask any more of them! Can’t thank these guys enough for what they did for me. I’m making sure all my friends and family know to take their cars here for any body work they need done!

Quite possibly the worst body shop I have ever dealt with in the course of my entire life and I have lived everywhere from Alaska to South Carolina. I took my Flex here a second time against my better judgement. I let Casey know, please don't fix my wheel, I'll take the payout for said wheel, and replace all 4 together at a later time. As my Flex had an appearance package I was quite particular about it. I have called my insurance countless times because I never received the payout for my wheel from Ford.
