Crook's Tire & Auto

I found myself in a small emergency where one of my tires wires popped and I needed a new tire, quickly. I called and explained the issue and urgency, Chris Devereaux (the manager) was so nice and assured me that they could get me in and out that same day and it wouldn’t take all day. I live an hour away from this place and I will happily drive an hour out of my way for these services. Thank you!

Where is the person answering phones ? I called and whoever kept answering the phones hung up over and over again .. I had my oil changed there and the lady that I spoke to was amazing !!! She went beyond the call of duty I think her name was Susan .. I called and called to no avail when finally a man answered and was so rude… I will find a new place to go .

Wow! What can I say about Crook's?? Well, let me tell you that I had the absolute BEST experience at Crook's getting some new tires installed. The staff was amazing! Kind, courteous, fun, and hilarious!! Not many times people say they are having fun when getting tires, but I had a great experience at Crook's. And yes, they did a fantastic job on my car. They took great care to make sure everything was perfect. FIVE STARS!!

I needed a tire ASAP, stopped by, and in a short minute, had it done. Now that is darn good service. They have made a friend and customer. Thanks for everything.

Stopped in at Crook Tire today to have a screw removed from my tire and to purchase a new spare tire for another vehicle. Susan at the front desk was so helpful in finding an affordable option for the spare, Tyler figured out the screw hadn’t even pierced my tire (hooray!), and Corey got my new spare put on the wheel and I was good to go! It’s so nice to have a locally owned shop that we can support and count on for great customer service. Susan, Corey, and Tyler, if you’re reading this, THANK YOU!
