O'Reilly Auto Parts

Twice in a week I have called to see if they had what I needed. I was immediately placed on eternal hold. By the time they got back to me, I had managed to drive to another town to AutoZone and was checking out. He said they were busy. I don’t want to add to the mayhem by increasing their business. It was not like this when they opened!

I was told this store had my part for my daily driver so I call to verify and they had told me they did have it so I limp my busted cherokee there just to find out they dont have it.. the employees are usless and lazy they even appeard to be aswell

It a ok place to get part's and really ok place it's just they have a lot of turn over and sometimes not good service but the old guys there do there best to help you.. Steven is there best guy there

Went here to get my battery changed out, and was a little nervous after poor treatment at auto zone, but Tim helped me out and took the time to find the right size nut for one of the terminals, even though the computer said it would take too long (it didn't). He did a great job, was super quick and friendly throughout the entire process. Cannot recommend this place enough. I will be coming here specifically for any of my auto part needs.
