Crookston Paint, Glass, & Flooring

Really sad to post this. This business changed ownership recently and the new owners are in a 'needs improvement' phase. I've been in twice and had 1) my bill calculated incorrectly (hard to re-write the only check I brought after they totaled the bill but forgot about sales tax, so had to return), and 2) not been offered the sale price when I paid my bill. I was quoted the sale price when I ordered the 5-gallons of paint, but had to pay the MSRP price because the clerk feigned ignorance (he was standing right there when the sale price was quoted a day earlier .... and just didn't know how to honor the sale price). Ignorance (deliberate or not) seems to be the theme. Really sad to see the failing of what used to be a solid Crookston establishment. I have plenty of options and try

So, my wife and I purchased flooring from Crookston Paint & Glass which is now coming apart after only being in a couple of months. They are doing absolutely nothing about it after calling them non-stop. Not Impressed.
