OK Tire Store & Service

I brought my wife's new pickup in to get the tires swapped form her old pickup to her new one, they scratched every wheel on her new pickup. I was told there's nothing they can do. I will never do business there ever again.

Our family was on the way to Fargo and had a tire crack enough to cause severe leaking. We were close to crookston so we called Todd's Tires (now called OK Tires). They had our tire on hand and an opening to get us in right away! Great service and it was fast! It was nice to have a little café style seating for our family to sit while we waited. Price was spendy, but all tires are these days. The service cost was not bad at all. Will definitely go back to them when we need a servicing or tire swap.

The work seems like it is done well. Prices are standard. The customer service is lacking, but there are two little café style tables to sit at while waiting. There is also complimentary coffee to enjoy. I keep going back for regular service, so that is saying more than words.

I came in today at 5:20 with a spare on as I had popped a tire on my way home from work. The shop closes at 5:30 but these guys got me in and put on 2 new tires for me. They got the job done quick! I was in and out in a half hour but they still stayed passed their time in order to help. Excellent service!

Great place to get any tire services needed. They were able and willing to work with their schedule to help me last minute when I found out I had a nail in my tire. Highly recommended. Friendly people and great work.
