Brought our excavator in for hydraulic pump replacement. Cross recommended rebuilt pump of his choosing. Installed pump failed before it left his shop. Pump source re-rebuilt it. Cross refused to re-install it without our paying the same labor a 2nd time, over $1500. Never again.
