They do a great job replacing sub frames, one of the very few shops that will do it. Dave B and the mechanic were very nice and professional and happy to do a rigorous job for me.

They advertise vehicles for sale that aren't actually ready for sale. Wanted $16k for a truck that retails for $12k. Said they're fixing the truck I wanted and they had the parts but that seem to be a lie. Also failed to update me on the repairs. I assume they didn't wanna sell it to me because I didn't finance through them giving them the opportunity to rig the APR% and try to bend me over. Little do they know I also work in the auto industry and I'm familiar with the unethical practices of dealerships.

worst customer service. warranty states breaks and ac are covered. Ac went out 2 weeks after getting the truck, breaks started acting up a few weeks after. Dropped if it off under the impression it was covered by warranty, they made no effort to reach out about if it was or not, or if it would cost anything/how much, just did the work now won't give the truck back without 330$.

Had a great experience. My car broke down on the road as I was heading south a few Hour drive. Dave and his staff was able to assess the problem and fix it right away. I really appreciate their efforts as well as Regina who gave me a ride to Dunkin’ Donuts to wait with my grandson! Greatly appreciated. Thank you much!
