Ice storm of 2026 got me. Couldn't even get down the driveway without getting stuck. Called the boys at Crosstimbers and they had me rolling in less than an hour. Very professional! Great guys!

I was visiting my daughter after an accident, and was only parked for at most 30 minutes. We came out to go eat, and the car was gone!? We immediately went to cross timbers, and got there before the hour. We sat there waiting for over 10 minutes TEN. Eventually we were past the hour, and we complained about this too the lady, but to no avail she turns down any argument and proceeds to tell us it wasn’t her fault that she was on call with the cops. So why are WE being at fault??? With nothing else to say or do I paid over 250+ dollars, because of not me being late but being held back. This overall was an unforgettable experience. You will never forget me.

When a Renter is Paying $700 to $1000 Per Month, They are Running a Monopoly on the Resident Visitors , Guest & Hand-cap to Scam Them..!!! The Resident Should Protest…!!! with Their Vague Sign , If ( NO VISITORS ) Parking are allowed..!! Or Put ( 1 NO Parking Signs )..!!!! Right Below The Advertisement of The Name of Your Apartment Complex, So EVER Visitors Can Have a CLEAR UNDERSTANDING…!!! But They Can’t They are Scamming People with their Multiple VAGUE SIGNS…!!! In Certain locations of the apartment complex’s ! By Putting Their Signs in Certain locations..!!!!! The Apartment Manager-Owner & Tow Company Needs to Be Investigated..
