Crossings Car Wash

I've used this car wash many times and it's always been a great experience and the automatic provides an awesome clean! Even if there has ever been an issue, which I understand happens, mechanical things break sometimes, the owners have responded super quickly and resolved any problems. I highly recommend this location!

Had an issue when I prepaid and the lady in front of me did something to the automated car wash. Called the number on the machine that took my money. An employee by the name of Andrew called me and immediately took care of me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Only minor complaint is the delay when switching cycles other than that it's great. I use this car wash often!

They're VERY lucky they're the only car wash in town. I pushed the button for a $6 car wash and was charged $10. If YOU wash your car, there is no credit/debit option. And there is no one to make change, so if you only have a $20... (80 quarters), and it's kind of expensive. It's only 20 seconds per quarter. Anyway, unless you wanna drive, it's your only choice.

Im not usually one to leave a review, but the service I received was worth leaving one. There was a car in front of me using the automatic car wash. When they left the machine did not reset itself. Within 10 minutes of calling the number on the selection panel, I received a callback. Someone met me there and got the machine reset and ready to go. All this happened in less than 30 minutes. Customer service was amazing and my car looks great.
