Crossroads Automotive Inc.

Crossroads Automotive right here in Ringgold Va.. The mechanics are awesome. I just had my Tacoma serviced, I've never had to return due to someone's error 💯..

Honest service and fair pricing! The mechanics and employees are a joy! A great family owned business.

The first time I brought my car there they handled the issue good. Price and fix. Second time not so good. My check engine light is still on after they said they fixed the issue with a faulty part they put in. I will be going to another mechanic to see why the light is still on

I’m going to be generous and give 4 stars because they were open on a holiday and I’d already received a ticket for an expired inspection sticker, so I appreciate that. The customer service was one star without a doubt though. I hate dealing with employees who act like I’m ruining their day by asking them to perform a service that I HAVE TO PAY FOR. I don’t know the guy’s name—I just know he is African-American, but he became very short with me after I somehow misinterpreted his directions about which bay to pull into. He acted like he’d rather peel off his own skin than inspect my car. When I returned the same energy, I was “hon” by the end of the transaction *eye roll*. I got a rejection sticker as I knew I would (nothing to do with Crossroads). I’m very much up in the air about returni
