Brent and I established a relationship 3 years ago I didn’t buy the truck then but stayed in touch, he is patient and not pushy the complete opposite of a stereo typical sales man. As a growing business I’m looking for a newer low miles fleet, brent lets me know when and if he has something. I flew into Greensboro North Carolina and he even offered to pick me up from the airport which was a big deal to me. Even to following up a few weeks later to check on the truck. I had been looking for a bigger service for a few months when I found one on Brent’s website. After calling about it he told me there was a gentleman coming to look at it and told me about the peterbilt that I now own. He sent me pictures while it was still in his shop being gone through and then he sent me progress pictures. Me being a new company only in business for 8 months was a struggle with the bank to get financing and Brent was always patient and informative and helped me with everything the bank needed. He was never pushy for me to buy this or the other trucks I talked to him about. In my opinion he did go above and beyond to help me. I wish to publicly thank him and his guys for a job well done on going through this truck.

Brent sold us a 2013 freighliner service truck that he said he was struggling to fix a few issues it had, we bought it and had it hauled back to michigan. Upon arrival truck was everything he had said it was and we found the issues he was upfront about and he informed us that he would reimburse us for the repairs and sent us a check, he was very easy to work with very honest and upfront and is more worried about customer satisfaction than making an extra dollar, this is a guy who you can trust his integrity and that he will make sure you have a good buying experience! Brent didn't have to reimburse me I purchased the truck knowing about its couple issues and in as is condition so that was genuine for him to do that!
