We easily booked a maintenance appointment for our truck on their website. They were able to perform all of our maintenance requests during the day while it was there. They did an excellent job as always. They are fair and honest to tell you about any upcoming issues with your vehicle, but it never feels like they try to upsell you services you don’t need. I really appreciate that.

They’re very communicative, responsive, and provide excellent customer service. The pricing is fair, and my oil and transmission fluid change were completed on time and done right the first time. Crossroads Automotive is the best! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they stand behind their word. The prices are reasonable and I also love the personalization. Customers names are on the board welcoming them in and I've never experienced that at any other automotive repair facility. The coffee/snack bar is also great! I can't say enough great things about this place!!

I’m from out of town (visiting from Florida) and needed an oil change for my 2017 Chevy Equinox. I’m so glad I found Crossroads Automotive — they were trustworthy, honest, and professional from start to finish. The shop is super clean, and the waiting area was comfortable with nice touches like coffee and bottled water. The staff were all friendly and made me feel right at home.
