I recently helped my 18 year old grandson buy a car from Alex. Premiere Auto had been recommended to us from a local garage that we use and have trusted for years. We found Alex to be very personable treating my grandson ( first time car buyer) as an adult and an equal, which was very nice. He worked with us on the price and we were very satisfied with the experience. Next month, something happened with the car that was not covered and is never covered under warranties. We took it somewhere to have it fixed, and Alex wanted to help us out and helped us cover the cost for it which he did not need to do and we did not ask him to do. Went to Premier Auto to test drive a car. Test drove a different car that I really liked. Jordan was extremely helpful. He knew I was on a time crunch and helped me get in and out quick. I would like to think the communication helped it go quicker. A week or so later I had an issue. I was in contact with Alex he took care of my issue very quickly.
