The service center here is top notch! Its so clean and organized inside its like a luxury showroom of service equipment. More importantly, the staff are excellent. I've never received this level of service when having a vehicle worked on. Video updates on the vehicle and texting back and forth with service staff with updates. These guys called me the day after pickup to make sure I was happy! And when I said things were a little off they worked with me to get my vehicle back in for adjustment until it was right. I would recommend this shop without hesitation to anyone with a "commercial" vehicle OR a vehicle fleet.

Carl Reeves is wonderful! I have purchased multiple vehicles over the years from Crossroads. Carl took my previous salespersons position after the man retired. Carl carried on the excellent service and knowledge I was used too. Expedited service, value and red carpet service from start to finish.
