Crossroads Ford of Prince George - Parts Department

Stay away from this chain of Ford dealerships. Crossroads Fords has treated me the worst way possible . Not only did they back out of a deal , false advertisement at that . Drove 2 1/2 hours for agreed advertised price on a vehicle. MSRP price at that , no other discounts. Their upper management values greed over anything else. My salesperson was great and so was the dealer manager on site but once they needed approval from higher ups to close deal they said they could get more money for a ranger raptor , no longer taking their advertised price and no longer letting me buy any car. Even knowing all my previous Fords were bought at crossroads dealer network exclusively. F-250 lariat diesel , Explorer platinum, mustang gt, and others . I don’t think I’ve gotten one order that’s been 100% correct with the parts I’ve ordered since the split from the dodge dealer. The Parts department has gone down hill since. Haley ford might just be my go to from now on.

The gentleman in the parts department is severely unfriendly. Not sure why a person would take a CUSTOMER FACING job when they clearly do not have the disposition for one. No greeting upon walking in, no appreciation for picking up a part that HE dropped on the customer side of the counter, not helpful to the other associate trying to find my order. Even my partner mentioned he seemed very unwilling to do his job and assist in trying to find the correct parts we needed. I'd suggest maybe working on vehicles instead of (not) assisting the people who drive them.

Lots of booze, unfortunately it's a government monopoly. The employees are state employees and hard liquor for bars must be bought here. Are the prices competitive? You gotta drive to Maryland to see. On US 301 there's a liquor store heaven across the Potomac.
