Had all shocks and struts replaced. They were fast and friendly and had a much better price than their competitors in town. Turn around time was super fast. I dropped the car off before they closed on Tuesday and I picked it up at 11:30 the next day. The car rides so much better now. I am very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them. The staff was so helpful and pleasant to do business with.

****WOW!!! MAKE SURE YOU READ YOUR QUOTE!!! PRICES ARE CRAZY HIGH****I was stranded and called AAA and gave them closest shop in the area which was Crossroads in Victoria (I am not from the area). It was communicated from the shop that a new battery was needed and a pully. Previously we have had same EXACT symptoms and it was an alternator issue. We communicated this and the shop stated it was reading fine. I picked up the vehicle when it was ready and did not make it 5 minutes down the road and it had same EXACT issues that it came in with. Shop was closed, it was dark, I was alone and broke down again. AAA tow again back to shop and again gave same symptoms as before and alternator replaced this time. Our company car was towed here after breaking down and I told them to check the battery and the alternator. Was charged for a full diagnostic and was told it was a battery and a belt. Picked up that evening after being told it was ready to go. Picked up and not even 5 miles from the shop broke down again towed back to the shop, was told the next day it was the alternator.

We were charged for a full diagnostic and told it was a battery and a belt. Nothing regarding the alternator. Van was Picked up that evening after being told it was ready to go. We get not even 5 miles from the shop and guess what it brakes down again, now paying a second tow charge and another shop visit only to get told, wait for it…. (it’s the Alternator) exactly what we told them the issue was! Worst experience with this Shop!!!
