Just bought my 24' Hard Enduro 300xc-w here. Pat did an awesome job assembling the bike and the purchasing process was so simple and easy. I drove 9 hours to buy it and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again! Thanks again Pat.

Great experience with the guys at Crosstown Cycle. I was on a waiting list for a bike and was called as soon as it came in..no surprises price was as told. Went over the bike features with me. Helped load it into my truck. Would recommend if you are in the market for a bike!

FANTASTIC Experience - Started with a quick note to them from their website. Received a quick response. Brought it in a day early and they got it out before they said they would. These guys have a nice showroom and a organized shop area and good selection of aftermarket parts and replacement parts. My KTM is 15 years old and they treated me as if I had just purchased a new bike from them. I highly recommend this shop and will support this shop in the future. ------ Update - 5 Stars again & a year later..... Went in today just to size a bike and was again delighted to be there. The shop is the most accommodating shop I have ever been in. Honda has this dealership listed as an authorized repair center/dealership; however, the two times I have stopped in here they couldn’t have been any less interested in helping me with my bike If they tried. Also noticed they steeply overcharged for oil and parts in general. I had high hopes, considering all of the good reviews on here.

Got a fine deal on a brand new bike but that is where the good stops. Brand new 2023 250XC has been a headache with less than 10 hours. Bike constantly fouls plugs and there’s zero support to be found here or from KTM NA, Crosstown is unable to do more than check for ecu updates from KTM due to lack of service techs. Bike also was delivered with missing radiator hose clamps so you can guess how that went on the trail. Mentioned over phone that the bike had lost all the coolant due to this and the response was that I must have idled the bike for too long and boiled off the coolant (?!). Paid over $10,000 for a new bike and it’s behaving like a lemon. Overall the PDI seems to have been done haphazardly. I would recommend a dealer with a larger service department that is able to give attent
