This company has been in our community for many years and always goes above and beyond for their customers. I’ve had body work done on multiple vehicles by them and they’ve always done exemplary work. Just today my tire was low on air and I was able to pull in and ask them for help filling the tire, and was helped with no hesitation. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant and refused to take payment or tip for the help today. If you need to know anything about this company ask around in this small town and they will all tell you the same thing! Not only does they value their customers, but we value them as well!

I was hit in a Dunkin Donuts parking lot and took some damage of the Drivers side rear of my vehicle. Autobody shop was recommended by Valenti Subaru (Amazing Sales & Services Department in my opinion) and was also one of the shops GEICO insurance deals with. The coordination between the dealership and Crotty & Son Body Works was absolutely amazing. They took a very stressful situation and made the process seamless. Not only did they fix the damage areas where the accident occured, they also fully detailed the vehicle inside and out and repaired a spot right above my drivers side window making the vehicle look brand new. Do NOT deal with this body shop! We found out after the fact that work was not done that was on the insurance estimate! Jessica was so rude and unprofessional! When we brought the car back the first time, the paint chips and color were not repaired. No remorse and had to call police to be there when picking up the car. still, the rear panel never was replaced or reimbursed. Jessica is the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. ZERO stars for over 3k of work.

Work was always impeccable and Danny was the nicest, most trustworthy personable guy. I was recently in an accident and with no hesitation brought my car to Crotty & Son Body Works knowing that they would take care of me and my car. It was only after bringing my car there that I learned Danny Crotty had passed away and the body shop is under new owners. I picked up my car about a week ago and noticed a click sound when I opened my driver side door, where the car was repaired. Do not go here. They attempted to charge storage fees while they were waiting on payment from insurance. Would not give my car back until I paid $450. State of RI got involved and demanded they give the car back asap as this was not legal. The owner was very nasty and tried to take advantage of me.
