South Coast Auto Glass is phenomenal all around. Communicating and scheduling with Lori couldn’t have been easier. She had answers to all of my questions and coupled that with lightning fast responses to emails. When Manny came out to replace my windshield, he was on time, respectful, and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job, explained everything in detail, and checked in with me on a couple of different occasions to see if I had any questions. The woman I spoke with on the phone to schedule an appointment was very sweet, helpful and accommodating. The repair man, Manny, showed up sooner than expected, was very polite and friendly, explained the process as well as other useful information, and took excellent care to leave the car clean and exactly as I had instructed. I feel like the customer actually is number one with these folks!
