Great customer service, really take care of their customers even after the sale. My sales guy is Todd Clary and doesn’t matter what time it is he will answer the phone and is prompt in taking care of any issues I may have or questions I have. Also all other staff is very friendly and always welcoming when I go in for anything.

Be careful doing business with this dealership. They will lie to you and sell you damaged brand new equipment. There business practices and customer service is dishonest and fraudulent! You’ve been warned!

We came to a verbal agreement on a truck, I waited a month for them to fix the truck, and then they sold it from underneath me. Made excuses but they new I was waiting for the truck. Then they said "it is what it is", and that pretty much sums up what they think of their customers. I bought a truck from them before, I will never buy a truck from them again.

Spoke with Jimmy about a couple trucks they have had for awhile asked about a package deal on both he stated he was already taking a loss on them and really didn't care if we bought from them or not. So we definitely won't be doing business with him or Crouch Wrecker Sales if that's how they do business
