In 2017, they performed body work on the front end and driver side of my 2014 Jeep Cherokee that was caused by a deer accident. I thought they did good work. Not too long ago I noticed that the driver side door was rusting at the bottom corner. Their paperwork shows that they have a lifetime warranty on all repairs. I brought my vehicle back to them to have them look at it and Greg, the owner, stated that the door would not be under warranty because it does not cover rust. He stated that because of the salt on the road concentrating in the center of the road on the driver side it causes rust on that side. Great place to bring your vehicle in for repairs. In my experience, they always answered their phone and they were really good at communicating with me during the entire process. I called a few times and they were very patient, helpful and willing to answer my questions without making me feel like I was bothering them. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it was freshly washed and it looked great!
