Great customer service! Brought vehicle in thinking it would take till the end of the day for a diagnosis as they were so busy within an hour they called with the diagnosis/charges. We agreed to the work and within four hours, brakes and pads, front and rear, plus an oil change, the work was done. We have been there once before, that is why we were back. Would highly recommend.

Previously Pequot Auto Repair helped me replace some valve stems. Today I had something more serious to deal with. This proved to me that no matter how small or big the job is, these guys are here to help. Kind, efficient and most importantly, honest.

These guys are great. They do what they say they will do and make good recommendations as to what needs to be done. I love that they are honest and will suggest options when they may be cheaper. We use them for all of our car repairs and trust them fully. Plus they are very fairly priced. We love it.

these boys are awesome. have had multiple vehicles in their shop for multiple repairs and they never disappoint. had a little issue happen to my vehicle in their lot not done by them but by another customer but they still helped me out. wont take my vehicle anywhere else.

I hope this is the correct NAPA. We were having a problem with our car enroute to a wedding on Trout Lake. Our car was freaking out telling us mayday, mayday. Ryan figured it out (a cord under the car had come unplugged). What seemed like a crisis was averted! Ryan was efficient, calm and gracious and we made it to the wedding on time!
