**DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!** They had my car for over a month replacing my transmission. I only had it back for a week before my transmission went out AGAIN. I was stranded in Louisiana. They wouldn't help get my car towed or help me get home once I got there. I left a Google review about the incident and Nathan angrily confronted me about it when I called to check on my car which they had for 3 more weeks before looking at it. Nathan destroyed my transmission and said I must have hit something on the road. He said my warranty wouldn't pay because of it. I paid $5000 for the initial repairs! So I'm out $5000 and my transmission is still broken!

Good service

I had two not-so-great cars and I went to Crown for any issues I was having. They were great at explaining the issues and how each charge went to which service. I never felt like I was being charged for something unnecessary. I have a new car now but if any issues come up I will definitely be returning!
