Honestly, the service experience was extremely disappointing. My service advisor was consistently “unavailable” whenever I called, which made communication nearly impossible. When I dropped my truck off, I was told it would be ready Monday — it wasn’t. After calling multiple times on Wednesday, I finally got a response and was then told the part wouldn’t arrive until Thursday at 5 PM. I was without my truck for an entire week for what should have been a simple repair. Delays can happen, but the lack of communication was unacceptable. To make matters worse, the woman who assisted me when I picked up my truck was unfriendly and dismissive. After a week of inconvenience, I expected at least basic courtesy. SERVICE DEPARTMENT Dissatisfied. Spoke to Robin, the senior advisor, twice. Issue: Went to GMC service Dec 26 for an oil change after a 3,000 mile trip, TO GET the multi-point inspection. Tech checked off Green ✅ for tread on both front tires / tread depth “10”. About 550 miles later, in May, I happened to notice the serious wear on both front tires. NO WAY was the “tread depth 10” in Dec. Gee whiz! How did the tech miss this? Exact miles travelled from Dec 26 (GMC inspection) to July 26 (new Michelin tires) is 795 miles - see tire pics of 2 days ago. My back tires are like new. GMC Service, please better inform your customer when tires are this bad and an alignment is needed. Robin of GMC claimed the wear happened after Dec 26. Haven’t hit any potholes. Absolutely useless service agents. I had a flat less than 500 feet away and they made every excuse as to why they could not assist me. Three reps were present and none of them seemed to care.

My husband and I went into Crown for a test drive visit and it turned into us purchasing a new car. Our first American made car ever for the both of us and we truly enjoyed our experience. We went there on a business Saturday afternoon and Joseph Murray was our sales agent who made the experience smooth and easy breezy. We would without a doubt recommend Joe and Crown Buick to anyone that may be in the market for a new vehicle. Thank you all at Crown for your help and generosity.

Brought the car in when the alternator died. The warranty covered the alternator but when I got my car back all 4 of my tire sensors were out...didn't go in like that...and when I brought it up I got told that it came in on a tow truck and they assured me they did nothing to my car...on top of this..i had to call to see if my car was ready, and it was ready and sitting there for 3 days and no one called me. I called multiple times with no response from management...weeks later my car got into a small wreck...I brought it in to be checked out because of the warranty and to see about my tire sensors while in there...I was told I needed 3000 dollars worth of work...when I left with my vehicle....my car now shakes....again...didn't go in like that....got a second opinion...the car was fixed fo
