Crown Buick GMC Service

I didn't buy my 2022 GMC Terrain from Crown Honda GMC. I had received recall notices regarding the fuel pump and the child seat restraint and needed the microchip for the heated seats to work. Not wanting to drive to Tampa, I called Crown. Kimberly Moore was instrumental in getting the parts ordered and the date for service fixed. Everything was fixed during ONE service and Kimberly was on top of it from the beginning. She was pleasant and professional. Because of an all around great experience, I will continue to use Crown Honda GMC for all my service needs.

John Grundon deserves a big raise in his pay. He has the best customer service attitude and cares about any concerns we had. I look forward to having him as my service advisor.
