I had an outstanding experience with this shop! From the moment I brought in my truck, the team took the time to listen to all of my concerns and thoroughly assess every issue I mentioned. They went above and beyond to properly diagnose the problem, taking every possible avenue to get to the root cause instead of just guessing or doing a quick fix. They replaced my catalytic converter and completed the relearn process from a previous repair that another shop had neglected to do, which made a huge difference in how my truck runs. They also replaced a failing brake line and provided me with several options to make the repair affordable and manageable for my budget. Im between VA and FL during the winter months. Needed a starter and they recommended other items I asked them to check. The only reason they didn’t get the work is a scheduling conflict on my end. . Got starter done quickly and held off on other items. In VA now getting items fixed they recommended with a service center I’ve used for years on this vehicle. Crown Car Care will absolutely be my FL service center from here on out. Thank you.

I took my truck to get the oil changed. Cody and Kellie are great. You can wait like I did or they will drop you home and pick you up. They also did an inspection at no cost. Great place to get your car repaired or an oil change
